• በከፍተኛ ትምህርት ተቋማት ሰላማዊ የመማር ማስተማር እንዴት ይስፈን?

    ማስታወሻ፦ ይህ መጣጥፍ ታህሳስ 18 ቀን 2011 ዓ.ም ለህትመት በበቃው የሪፖርተር ጋዜጣ ለአንባቢያን ደርሷል። መጣጥፉን በድጋሚ የመለጠፍ አስፈላጊነት የጽሑፉ ጭብጥ ዛሬም ከአንድ አመት በኋላ ጉዳይ ሆኖ በመቀጠሉ ነው። በእርግጥም በመንግስት ዩኒቨርሲቲዎች የሰላም መደፍረሱ ተባባሰ እንጂ የመቀነስ አዝማሚያ አላሳየም።

    መግቢያ

    በማኅበረሰብ የንቃተ ህሊና መለኪያ (Social Pyramid)ከፍ ያለ ቦታ ከሚሰጣቸው የማኅበረሰብ ክፍሎች በቀደምትነት የምናገኘው የከፍተኛ ትምህርት ተቋማት ተማሪዎችን ነው። ነገር ግን በአሁኑ የአገራችን ተጨባጭ ሁኔታ የተማረው ክፍል ምክንያታዊነትና አመክንዮ ርቆት በቡድናዊነት፣ በወገንተኝነትና በብሔርተኝነት ጥላ ተፅዕኖ ሥር ወድቋል፡፡ ትምህርት መሠረታዊ ዓላማውን የሳተ ይመስላል። የዚህ ነፀብራቅ ደግሞ ከቅርብ ጊዜያት ወዲህ በተለያዩ ዩኒቨርሲቲዎች የሚማሩ ተማሪዎች፣ የጎጠኝነትና የቡድን ፀብ መናኸሪያ እየሆኑ መምጣታቸው አንዱ ነው።

    ተማሪዎች ከሚጠበቅባቸው የሥነ ምግባርና የንቃት ደረጃ የመውረዳቸውን መነሾዎች ስንመረምር የሚነሱ የተለያዩ ጉዳዮች አሉ። ከዚህ አንፃር የሥነ ትምህርት ፍልስፍና፣ የትምህርት ሥርዓቱ አስተዳደር፣ የከፍተኛ ትምህርት አስተዳደር ዘይቤ፣ እንዲሁም የትምህርት ዘርፍ ባለድርሻ አካላት ሚና ተጠቃሽ ናቸው። ይህ መጣጥፍ በእነዚህና በተዛማጅ ነጥቦች ዙሪያ የወፍ በረር ቅኝት ያደርጋል።

    የትምህርት ዓላማና ግብ ምንድነው?

    ትምህርት ምንድነው? ዓላማውና ግቡ ምን መሆን አለበት? የትምህርት አሰጣጡ እንዴት ይሁን? በሚሉት ጉዳዮች ዙሪያ ሁለት ዓይነት እሳቤዎች (Schools of Thought) አሉ። የመጀመርያው “Humanist School” ሲሆን፣ ሁለተኛው “Behavioral School” ነው።

    በ “Humanist School” እሳቤ የትምህርት ዓላማ የሕዝቡን የአስተሳሰብ፣ ሞራልና ማኅበራዊ መስተጋብሩን ማጠናከር ነው፡፡ ግቡም ተማሪዎች ኃላፊነት እንዲሰማቸው፣ ዕውቀትና ጥበብን ለመመርመር ተነሳሽ እንዲሆኑ ማድረግ ነው። ከ “Behavioral School” አኳያየትምህርት ዓላማ ጊዜው የሚጠይቀውን ችግር ለመፍታት ሲሆን፣ ግቡም ቁሳዊ ሀብት ማምጣቱ ነው። ይህን የሥነ ትምህርት ፍልስፍና መሠረቱ ያደረገ የትምህርት አስተዳደር ሦስት መዋቅሮች አሉት። በመጀመርያው እርከን ላይ የትምህርት አመራሮችን እናገኛለን፡፡ ተግባራቸውም የትምህርት ፖሊሲ መቅረፅ፣ ማቀድና በበላይነት ማስተዳደር ነው። በመካከለኛ ደረጃ የሚገኙት ደግሞ የምሁራዊነት አባቶች ሳይንቲስቶችና መምህራን አሉ፡፡ በሦስተኛ ደረጃ ደግሞ ምንም ሥልጣን የሌላቸው፣ ተቀባይ እንጂ አጥብቆ ጠያቂነት (Skepticism) እሴት የሌላቸው ተማሪዎች አሉ፡፡

    ይህ የትምህርት ፍልስፍና በዘመናችን ገኖ የወጣ ሲሆን፣ በኢትዮጵያ የዘመናዊ ትምህርት ጅማሮ አንስቶ የሰረፀም ነው፡፡

    የሥነ ትምህርት ፍልስፍናና የከፍተኛ ትምህርት ተቋማት

    የትምህርት አስፈላጊነት የባህሪ ለውጥ ማምጣት እንደሆነ ተደጋግሞ ይነገራል። አንድ ሰው የባህሪ ለውጥ አመጣ ሲባል ደግሞ ሰብዕናው ችግር ፈቺ በሆኑ እሴቶች መገንባቱ ነው፡፡ በሰብዕናው መንፈሰ ጠንካራ የሆነ ማለት ነው።

    በትምህርት የገፋ ሰው ሲባል ወኔ ያለው፣ ተስፋ የማይቆርጥ፣ ለችግር የማይሸነፍ፣ ችግር በገጠመው ጊዜ ችግሩን ደጋግሞ ከማሰብ ይልቅ ስለመፍትሔው የሚያስብ ሰብዕናን የተላበሰ፣ በመሆኑም ከስሜታዊነትና ከጨለምተኝነት የፀዳ ማለት ነው፡፡ በመሆኑም የትምህርት መሠረታዊ ግብ የአስተሳሰብ ለውጥ ማምጣት መሆኑን ዕውቅና የሰጠ የትምህርት አስተዳደር ሥርዓት መተግበር ያስፈልጋል።

    አንድ አገር የሆነ ችግር ሲገጥማት ችግሩን ሊፈቱ የሚችሉ የትምህርት ዘርፎች ዙሪያ ለማሠልጠን መነሳሳቷ ክፋት ባይኖረውም፣ ጨርሶውኑ የትምህርት መነሻውም መድረሻውም ቁሳዊ ፍላጎት መሆኑ ግን ትልቅ ስህተት ነው፡፡ በዚህ ረገድ በቀደመው ዘመን የነበረው የትምህርት ሥርዓት የተሻለ እንደሆነ በርካታ ምሁራን የሚስማሙበት ነው። ከ40 እና 50 ዓመታት በፊት ዘመናዊ ትምህርት ሲጀመር፣ ከቀለም ትምህርት ጎን ለጎን የግብረ ገብ ትምህርት ይሰጥ ነበር፡፡ ዛሬ ግን ይህ የለም፡፡ ለዚህ አንዱ ማሳያ የተማሪዎች ግብረ ገብ ማሽቆልቆል፣ እንዲሁም መምህራን የተማሪዎችን ሥነ ልቦናዊና የሞራል እሴቶችን በማጎልበት ረገድ የነበራቸው ሚና እየቀነሰ መምጣቱ ነው።

    የከፍተኛ ትምህርት ተቋማት ባለድርሻዎች ሚና

    በኢትዮጵያ የዘመናዊ ትምህርት ታሪክ የሚጀምረው በ1890 ዓ.ም. ነው። ከዚያ ቀድሞ የትምህርት ዘርፍ በሃይማኖት ተቋማት ይሰጥ ነበር። ይህም በተለምዶ የባህላዊ ትምህርት ሥርዓት ተብሎ የሚታወቀው በቤተ ክርስቲያንና በመስጊድ ውስጥ በሃይማኖት ሊቃውንት ይሰጥ የነበረው ነው። የኢትዮጵያ የሥነ ትምህርትና የታሪክ ምሁራን በጥናታቸው እንዳስገነዘቡን፣ የትምህርት ዘርፉ ተግዳሮቶች ሁለት ናቸው። እነርሱም የትምህርት ፍልስፍና መሠረቶች ችግሮች ያላቸው መሆኑ፣ እንዲሁም በተለያዩ ዘመናት ኢትዮጵያን ያስተዳደሩ መንግሥታት በትምህርት ሥርዓቱ ጣልቃ መግባታቸው ነው።

    በርትራንድ ራስል የተባለ እንግሊዛዊ ሊቅ እንደሚያስቀምጠው፣ አንድ መንግሥት (ሥርዓት) የተመሪውን ሕዝብ ዕድል ይወስናል፡፡ ሕዝቡን ለልማትም ሆነ ለጥፋት ሊያውል ይችላል፡፡ ሕዝብ በጋራ ተስማምቶ ይኖር ዘንድ በበጎም ሆነ በአሉታዊ ተፅዕኖው የጎላ ነው። በአጠቃላይ መንግሥት የሕዝቡን የሞራል ከፍታ በመወሰን ረገድ የላቀ ሚና አለው። የትምህርት ዘርፉን ጨምሮ የተለያዩ መንግሥታዊ ተቋማት ባህሪ በመንግሥቱ ባህሪ ይወሰናል።  በመሆኑም መንግሥት ይህን ተፅዕኖውን ለበጎ ተግባራት ማዋል ያሻዋል።

    እንደ አንድ የመንግሥት አካላት የዩኒቨርሲቲ አመራሮች በተማሪዎቻቸው ዘንድ በጎ እሴቶችን በማስረፅ የማይተካ ሚናቸውን ሊወጡ ይገባል። ተማሪዎች የተለያየ ቋንቋ፣ ባህል፣ ሃይማኖትና ማንነት ያላቸው እንደሆነ ይታወቃል። በመሆኑም እነዚህ ልዩነቶች ውበት እንጂ የፀብ መነሻዎች እንዳይሆኑ መላው የዩኒቨርሲቲ አመራር አካላት ሊሠሩ ይገባል። የዩኒቨርሲቲ አስተዳደር ለተማሪዎች መብቶች መከበር ፅኑ አቋም ያለው፣ ከሙስናና ከብልሹ አሠራሮች የፀዳ መሆኑ ለሰላማዊ የመማር ማስተማር ሒደት መሠረታዊ ጉዳይ እንደሆነ ሊሰመርበት ይገባል።

    መምህራን ለተማሪዎቻቸው የዕውቀት አባቶቻቸው ናቸው፡፡ የተማሪዎቻቸውን ግንዛቤና የሞራል ከፍታ በማጎልበት ረገድ ያላቸው ተፅዕኖም የላቀ ነው። መምህራን ከቀለም ትምህርት ጎን ለጎን ተማሪዎቻቸውን ስለኢትዮጵያዊነት እሴቶች ማለትም በክፉ ቀን መረዳዳት፣ ፈሪኃ እግዚአብሔር፣ ለሕግ መገዛት፣ ሥርዓተ መንግሥትን ማክበር፣ ውለታ አለመርሳት፣ ለይቅርታና ለዕርቅ ዋጋ መስጠት፣ ይቅር ባይንና አስታራቂን ማክበር፣ ወዘተ መስበክ የሙያ ግዴታቸው ነው።

    በመሆኑም የከፍተኛ ትምህርት ተቋማት መምህራን በተማሪዎች መሀል መከፋፈል የሚፈጥሩ ጉዳዮችን በሚያስተውሉ ወቅት ቸል ሳይሉ እንዲታረሙ መገሰፅ አለባቸው። በሕዝቡ መሀል ለዘመናት የነበረውን የመተማመንና የመተባበር እሴቶችን የሚንዱ ተግባራትን በአደባባይ መታገል አለባቸው።

  • ETHIOPIANS ARE VICTIMS OF THEIR OWN ELITES !!!

    INTRODUCTION

    Circumstantial evidences in Ethiopian political scene witnesses the elite group have been driving the people in whatever course they wish, often to serve their own agenda than targeting the popular causes. This piece is to reflect my suggestion why and how Ethiopian populace liberate their minds from control by elite group and its subsidiary media moguls (both in social media and conventional media).
    But readers have to know that it is my belief that I am not blaming elite group altogether. In fact, we do have shining figures at their helms that are able to elevate our country on to the ladder of prosperity, and enable us to keep pace with the dynamics of the 21st century.

    MY MESSAGE TO ETHIOPIAN YOUTH !!!

    The Ethiopian youth in general has to learn that there are vaious groups within and outside Ethiopia working to hijack the political change they sacrificed their lives.
    Here is my special message goes to the Oromo youth, the Qeerroo:
    As Aboy Sebhat Negga recently spoke to BBC Amharic, subsequent incidents in various partf of Oromia regional state has sparked it appeared easier to defeat the force that brought a change than triggering secession of Tigray state.
    Indeed, the youth that sacrificed to this change are being used a fuel and die again for the revert back of the old days. How on earth one can die twice, first as reformist force and second as anti-reformist force??!!
    As far as I understand, diversity is endemic to the Oromos. Millions of Ethiopians from every ethnic (religious) diversities have been living in the Oromo lands in peace, prosperity and dignity. This old tradition of peaceful co-existence has lived even in those tragic & bloody three years of Qeerroo struggle. The Qeerroo has shown a new form of struggle, a peaceful struggle to bring political revolution. In those times, no any ethnic group attacked in Oromia. But, today, when the youth struggle is taking a shape with Abiy Ahmed government installed, why the youth unable to preserve their good records? I don’t know!
    The answer is up to the Qeerroo themselves.
    In my part, this is a message I can convey to Qeerroo:
    Never forget that OLF and the century old Oromo Struggle has culminated in 1995 by horrific incidents (the likes of Bedeno incident) that were politically motivated! The end goal was to put the Oromo causes off from the political plays. The youth of Oromo has to take a fair fetch of memory from recent history. The Qeerroo was heroic for its peaceful struggle. The youth should move on that! They should stop playing for the enemy.

    THE YOUTH HAS TO FILTER INFORMATION BEFORE EMBRACING THEM ALL

    The Ethiopian youth has to learn how systematic the elite group are in using them to serve their ends. This message especially goes to those who are actively using the social media as a major source of information.
    Essentially, people perceive shape their outlooks. And it is their outlooks that control their stand on any aspect of life. The way people took a stand in turn determines the quality of their judgments. Hence, to shape the decision making behavior of people, what it takes is to manipulate their perception.
    Someone’s perception can be manipulated to take him/her overoptimistic (enthusiastic) or pessimistic (stereotypic). In both states, the stands we hold or judgments we make are not evaluated or evidence based but driven by whims and emotions. In Ethiopia, the political elites have been implementing their vested agenda by distorting the perceptions of the people on the ventures of politics. They have used various means and tools to achieve that.
    Nowadays, they are using ‘political activists’ their means and the social media their tools. That is manifested on the way political activists behave on social media: disseminating fake news; distort information; misinforming the public; distorting realities on political happenings; and/or how activists try to let the public wrongly understand the political personality of their political leaders/government officials. The way our elites distorted the fabric of decision making by wider public is upsetting the peace and lives of ordinary Ethiopians.
    The dire consequence in distorting decision making behavior of Ethiopian populace on political businesses is as Albert Einstein once said it : “If you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid.”
    The wider Ethiopian has to understand that whatever the actions by the elite group, they have to think twice before adhering to calls or take agendas. Ethiopian people has to filter information from media groups owned by these elite groups, least divisive and harm their peace.

    NATION BUILDING IS A HISTORIC RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CURRENT GENERATION OF ETHIOPIAN YOUTH

    State building is all about geographic integration. Nation building on the other hand is integration of diverse interests, value systems, identities, cultures, religious & belief systems. In Ethiopia, state building project completed a century and half years ago, but the task of nation building did not followed. King Lij Eyasu has taken encouraging steps forward but was short lived.
    In Ethiopian context, the task of nation building has been either belittled or ignored altogether. Therefore, there has not been shared value system among wider populace. That is why polarized rhetoric dominating political discourses, risking the prospect of our togetherness under one flag, and establishing the Ethiopian state.
    For Ethiopia, no way is as best as federal system. The nation building process should address diverse identities on virtues of ethno-linguistics, cultural, religious & belief systems, among others. Any attempt in the realm of nation building process should do away with tools of state building, which integrates coercive moves with elements of negotiation.
    As the process of nation building should give due regard to represent our differences, so does respect our shared elements that we have developed in plus century years old of our togetherness under same governments.
    A newer Ethiopia should be one which is able & willing to entertain all voices and identities of communities across all corners. In the process of building a nation, our generation has a historic responsibility of devising shared value system that subsequent generations would further enrich it.

    MY MESSAGE TO ETHIOPIANS FROM THE EMERGING REGIONS

    Last but not least, the elite groups keep on provoking the good hope of the ongoing political reform in the country. Those elites are misinforming people & communities in the periphery of the country, often called emerging regions on the ‘dangers they would face following the merger of EPRDF.
    They try to provoke unfounded and immature propaganda that the new political development leave local communities to get ‘invaded’ by the ‘settlers’ from highland Ethiopia.Such a propaganda is voice from those who are victims of own political decay. Their attempt tr survive in such a way shows how deprived they in terms of political capital to survive in the political scene.
    If there is anyone who buys their empty words, I don’t know why or how one imagine so. Anyhow, this is what I send a message to people & communities in the emerging regions in Ethiopia.
    Let’s broaden our horizon and ask ourselves ‘Why we fear our land will be filled by highlanders?!’. Let’s get reminded that Ethiopia is open for us, the lowlanders to fill highland cities too.
    By the way, no one lives wherever getting things for free. For example, if Somalis live in U.S.A or Addis Ababa, they are not burdens to U.S citizens or Addis Ababians. They live in their sweats and hard work, serving the local people. No one lets u live as a burden. The same holds for highlanders if they come to Somali region or any other emerging region too. They have been working hard to add values to local communities.
    For instance, I have been serving Jigjiga University for the past 11 years. I am proud to say I have served my people here. I never feel a burden to anyone here; nor do I feel others feel same.
    So, why we fear freedom to live elsewhere?!
    Look this is 21st century, and today not land but idea is the most valuable resource. Let’s cope up with our time.
    The limit of horizon is the limit of our civilization. Let’s think big; and achieve big!!!
    Finally, the Ethiopian elites have to remember (understand) that Call for Unity doesn’t means call for unitary state. But, the elite group often mischief the populace to serve own ego (in many instances to seize political power to satisfy not popular causes but own agenda) Such is how we can build a prosperous Ethiopia.
    The political elite has to know that everyone reaps own harvest. There is no any political agenda that would get a resolve by burning churches or mosques. Preserving peace pays for all! Those who try to take political profit out of these obsolete, if not satanic moves are paving their way for total extermination! The political satire would culminate and, in the end, Ethiopian state with diverse makeups of its people will thrive!

  • ABIY AHMED: FROM MESSIAH TO CAPTOR?

    Introduction

    The past couple of weeks were quiet special for Ethiopia and Africa. The new generation of African leader, Abiy Ahmed (PhD) of Ethiopia deservedly secured the 100th edition of world Nobel peace prize. The world eying on Ethiopia and its leader, it takes to look the matter from its background to understand how Abiy Ahmed secured the prestigious award. For that, I found the answer in brief sketch of the political biography of Nobel winning prime Minister of Ethiopia. Narratives under this piece also reflects on the highs and lows of a reform process in Ethiopia, for which Abiy Ahmed (PhD) is a leading figure. And readers shall understand that I am honored to dedicate this opinion article to congratulate my Prime Minister.

    Abiy Ahmeds Government Committed to Prosperity of Ethiopia

    Abiy Ahmed clinched into the chief executive of the country, officially sworn in as the Prime Minister of Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia on April 2 2018. For many Ethiopians, Abiy was a newer face in Ethiopian political scene. But the leadership personality of this young, well educated, and energetic leader is well established in his plus twenty years of public services, as a soldier, cyber security officer, a bureaucrat and as a minister. A recollection from Abiys inaugural speech in front of the Ethiopian Parliament was a well reminder that he cleverly identified and well understood the breadth and width of problems Ethiopia. For him, the problem of state governance in Ethiopia was cumulative effect of short run oriented interventions in the past decades, which rather than healing the root causes, the focus of interventions have been against the reflection of a problem. Abiy truly located underutilization of resources and disguised unemployment in the realm of human capital. In state mega projects, he underscored project management issue a chronic problem.

    But, whether Abiy will be capable & committed to address those problems was a question to be answered in time. The 18 months of rule of Abiy Ahmed showed the leader is not only able to sort out problems, but also committed to their resolve.

    Abiy Ahmeds Popular Ratings in Ethiopia: From Messiah to Captor

    The first three months of his power were all to treat the polarized politics in Ethiopia, where he reached out communities in all corners within Ethiopia and abroad. In the first months of his power, Abiy was too popular in Ethiopia. Many even dub messiahs, who sent from God to transcend the people of Ethiopia from tides of all sorts of problems resulted by a predatory mal-politics they faced: which manifested from poverty to internal displacement to mass communal violence that has taken the lives of many. But as time passed through, things began to change quickly, with popular views on Abiy changed. That is perfectly symmetric about Abiys start of political business and his role as a statesman. This time, expectedly a gross applaud would turned out gross condemnation, where a sizable portion of populace began unfounded criticisms, if not hostile look against the leader. In many cases, the elite group has been blaming Abiys administration without concrete evidences, where such misguided judgments by these groups amounts shameful (if they feel so), as testified by time. Though vocal critics of Abiy are rising, the reward for Nobel peace prize is a good reminder for all of us that Abis leadership is fetching global acclaim. That means his leadership principle, MEDEME, has a future to address the multitudes of problem Ethiopia is facing. The Governance Principle of Abiy, which is synergy, or MEDEMR (as in Amharic) focused on the importance of optimizing the potential of his country from: the immense natural resources, rising stockpile of human capital; and rich social capital.
    For that Abiy looks on the importance of resurrecting mindsets from all sources of wave of negative energy: hate, animosity, revenge mentality. The Ethiopian leader is staunch on behavioral and moral elements having a catalytic role to quickly fix all breaks Ethiopia is facing: from politics to economics to bureaucracy.
    Among remarkable steps forward forged by Abiy Ahmed is his keen action towards healing the fracture of Ethiopian political culture. A typical feature of Ethiopian political culture is low record of resolving differences through dialogue, on give- and –take principle. Sadly, in Ethiopia resolving political differences has been through political playoffs. Abiy has inherited this political culture. And his grand political project is to build a political system that heals fracture of the political culture.
    So far, key legal & institutional arrangements were made to achieve that. One such was refurbishment of the national electoral board of Ethiopia in a way that better insulate from political interferences. The national reconciliation commission also installed, aimed at treating the discontent (victims) groups from whatever injustices in the past.
    Another front Abiy Ahmed and his leadership set to fight is the rampant leadership crisis sweeping the Ethiopian society, virtually in all departments of life. Leadership crisis is manifested by inability/incapability of the sizable portion of elite group to seeing the bigger picture and decides accordingly that would add to the welfare of Ethiopian populace.
    But, Abiy has to struggle amidst those challenges, dealing with those hurdles in patience and wisdom.
    In his oratorical speeches, he tirelessly connoted leaders to be thoughtful and pass a grown up decisions in their ventures. In his actions, Abiy has shown the personal pride is below the service of the people he led. In his wise leadership quality, Abiys leadership has been showing remarkable achievements. In his charisma, Abiy reinstated Ethiopias honor to its height in the world history.
    Another face of Abiy Ahmeds change oriented leadership style is his appreciation to power. Quite different from his predecessors as heads of governments in Ethiopia, Abiy has broken the old faceted notion on state power taken for granted a self-enrichment and build own images by political leaders. From the first day of his appointment as head of FDRE government, Abiy has been living power an instrument to bring change and serve people. His move in this regard starts by inspiring his cabinets with his path breaking leadership personality, with humility, selflessness, and a serving mentality. Abiy stressed the need to develop the culture of volunteerism to serve popular interests. In all public projects and/or activities required public mobilizations, Abiy appeared up front with his exemplary deeds, influencing the leadership in his circle and the wider Ethiopian populace to follow suit his steps. With a good records of implementations of state projects so far, Abiy and his leadership has shown rich account of knowledge in the area of project management In the venture of international relations, the success stories of Abiy Ahmeds governments so far tells the leader understood and was firm to the essence of globalization. Globalization featuring our world today, countries are expected to consider the global interests, the Ethiopian leader is understand such conception a price of piece, that countries has to pay to live in an ever interconnected world to reap from sustained peace & collective prosperity.
    Such conceptions on globalization is behind Abiys remarkable success to be able to solve some of disputes remained unsettled in more than three decades of engagements in just few months of his power. A good example is how Abiy contributed to his vital role to two decades long war between end of Ethiopian and Eritrea war in just two months. The 2019 Nobel Peace prize winner was the architect of a recent Sudanese peace deal too. His visionary move to turn the geopolitics of horn of Africa from problems to prosperity is well appreciated by IGAD and Africa Union. Apparently, the Nobel peace prize committee announced Abiys win largely accrued to his wise and humble personality in those path breaking peace buildups in the horn of Africa and the world at large.
    The world has well understood the leadership qualities of Abiy. For Ethiopians though, it seems the magic power of their leader is seemingly unrevealed yet. The vocal critics of Abiy often raise the prevailing instabilities here and there in different parts of the country. But, it is unfortunate that they are deaf to learn those problems are results of a political decays cumulated in the past three decades.

    But, how can interpret the scores of achievement by Dr Abiy Ahmed?

    In his congratulation notes to Abiy Ahmed, the President of Finland, Sauli Niinisto said “…the Nobel Peace prize was 10% a recognition credited to tireless efforts you exerted so far for peace of the world; and 90% is debited to heavy duties you will held responsible in times ahead to add to world peace”.
    Perhaps Abiy seems to have well understood that such global recognitions of a rank like Nobel award is much to add responsibility. While Abiy Ahmed proved to be promising to elevate his country to prosperity in few years, he is humble towards worldwide applaud he is receiving. In his speech on the inauguration ceremony of his book, MEDEMER, held on October 19 at Millennium hall in Addis Ababa, Abiy reckoned his award was credited to Ethiopians. He was bold to tell all Ethiopians that enough for celebrations or condemnations on his Nobel win, rather it takes to be ready for another struggle, another achievement.

    The good thing is that those unfounded critics were all weak to retard a leaping forward Prime Minister. Abiy reiterated this in a recent speech on an inaugural event of a multimillion dollar park project, Andenet Park.     In my opinion, the prize is not just a personal reward for Ethiopian Premier, but also hope for every one of us that tones of love, peace and reconciliation have a place in today’s turbulent time when leaders in all corners voice out against those essential values of humanity. And the world must be thankful for a visionary leader, Dr. Abiy Ahmed, who in his successes proving that positive energy still has a place when negative energy is on the edge of possessing the world populace.
    My message to fellow Ethiopians is that while it takes to being vigilant if Abiy may not getting out of his lines of promises, we have to understand mistakes are inevitable in the process of any work. Ethiopians has to stand beneath our visionary leader to minimize from mistakes and maximize from benefits of the process of change that we all are desperate about. For that, let us not to look at Abiy, let us look at where Abiy is looking.

    SALUTE TO ALL ETHIOPIANS

    As a proud Ethiopian, I am happy that my country has achieved a milestone in space science technology with successful launching of its first ever space satellite, ETRSS-1.

    HOW ETHIOPIA ACHIEVED ETRSS-1 LAUNCH TO SPACE?

    But, I think there are companies which produce satellites at the disposal of use by giant corporations/companies/countries on sale/rent.

    Therefore, I wanted to know the scheme Ethiopia achieved ETRSS-1, in purchase, in technology support by China, or constructed fully by Ethiopian scientists.

    Also, what was the role of 21 Ethiopian scientists said to have involved in the process of the launch, as I read from a briefings by ministry of technology and innovation.

    ETHIOPIA OWNED A SATELLITE OR A SATELLITE TECHNOLOGY?

    Can we say December 20 remarks Ethiopia owned a satellite technology?satellite technology? I mean, can Ethiopia (thenceforward) produce and/or reproduce more space satellite for sale or additional launches?

    I would like to find full information on that. The government has to clear on those issues to Ethiopian populace.

    But all those reservations I had didn’t nullify my belief the move as REMARKABLE in the history of Ethiopian science and technology.

    Salute to Nobel Laureate Abiy Ahmed Ali

    Today, when Abiy Ahmed (PhD) is back home with bouquet of flowers honoring him Nobel Peace Laureate of 2019 edition, I saw cheering crowds on streets of Addis Ababa. That has been an Ethiopian tradition (of welcoming) every time national heroes (of their ventures) who raised the name and flag of Ethiopia in international scene excelling in their ventures.

    Indeed,those occasions are rare times when Ethiopian nationalism reveals.

    But, a true nationalistic motive is tested in times of challenges of the country.

    For Ethiopia, there is no time as challenging as in today. In this time when Ethiopia is at cross road (either to revive or fail), a real Ethiopian spirit goes in distancing oneself from predatory actions that in any way take the country failed.

    For instance, a real Ethiopian would not blindly support or oppose on critical issues that determine the fate of national sovereignty of the country.

    As I believed to be, at this particular time at least, other ways but Abiy’s way risks Ethiopia a fast ride into a path of collapse. That is why I managed to follow Abiy’s path.

    But, supporting Abiy does not mean worshiping him or his leadership. It takes to be critical too.

    A real supporter of Abiy is tested not in time of his success, but in times of his challenges. A real supporter of Abiy is not one who lends blind eyes when he makes mistakes too.

    I support Abiy for his ideals help save Ethiopian state from utter failure. That is why I say ‘am not looking at Abiy, but I look at where he is looking.

    የዚህን መጣጥፍ ርዕስ ብቻ አንብቦ ተስፈኛ ካድሬ (ተካ) ብሎ የሚፈርጅ ካለ (አይጠፋም)፣ መልሴ አዎ ተካ ነኝ የሚል ነው። የዶ/ር አብይ አህመድ ካድሬ ሊሆን የሚችለው እንደአብዛኞቹ የደርግ (ኢሠፓ) ወይም የኢህአዴግ ካድሬዎች በስብዕናው ሆዱን የወደደ ወይም ማዕረጉን(ክብሩን) የጠላ ሳይሆን ሁለቱንም የሚጸየፍ ነው። የአብይ ካድሬ ከበዛ ግለኝነት (ego) ባርነት ራሱን ነጻ ያወጣ፤ ከራሱ ጥቅም ይልቅ ለሌሎች ቅድሚያ የሚሰጥ፤ ለአገልግሎቱ ክፍያው የህዝብ ጥቅም የሆነ፣ በጥቅም ተደልሎ ሳይሆን በበጎ ፍቃድ እሴቱ (voluntarism) ተነሳሽነቱ በመሆኑ የአብይ ካድሬ ብሆን ኩራት ይሰማኝ እንጂ አልሸማቀቅም።

    የብሔር (የማንነት) ፖለቲካ ባይመቸኝም ከብሔር ፖለቲካ በአንድ ጊዜ መውጣት አስቸጋሪ መሆኑን ስለምገነዘብ ቢያንስ የፖለቲካ አስተዳደሩ መርህ የብሔር ማንነትን ከአገራዊ አንድነት ጋር ያስማማ መሆን አለበት የሚል እምነት አለኝ። ይህን ምልከታዬን በተደጋጋሚ ለህዝብ በደረሱት ፅሑፎቼ አስነበቤአለሁ። ይህ እሳቤዬ የዶ/ር አብይ አህመድን ወደ ስልጣን መምጣንት ተከትሎ መንግስታዊ መርህ እንደሆነ ተስፋዎች አይቻለሁ። በቅርቡ የብልፅግና ፓርቲ ምስረታን ተከትሎ ይህ የግል አቋሜ ፖለቲካዊና ተቋማዊ ቅርጽ ሊይዝ እንደሆነ ስገነዘብ በዶክተር አብይ አህመድ የአመራር መርህ በሆነው መደመር ፍልስፍና ላይ የነበረኝ እምነት ይበልጥ ጨመረ። በግሌ ከዶክተር አብይ መምጣት ቀድሜ ነው የተደመርኩት። ለዚህ ደግሞ በ2008 ዓ.ም በተጻፈውና በአፍሪካ ህብረት የፖለቲካል ኢኮኖሚ ጆርናል በታህሳስ 2010 ዓ.ም የታተመውን ጽሑፌን ማንበብ ይቻላል።

    በነገራችን ላይ ይህ ጥናት የአሜሪካ የካሊፎርኒያ አገረ-ግዛት የሚገኘው ስታንፎርድ ዩኒቨርስቲ እንደማጣቀሻ ያገለግላል ብሎ ተማሪዎቹ እንዲያነቡ በቤተ-መፃህፍቱ አኑሮታል። አንባቢ በሚከተለው ሊንክ ሊያገኘው ይችላል።

    ለማ መገርሳ ቢደመሩ ጥሩ ነው፤ ባይደመሩም መጥፎ አይደለም!

    ከላይ ያቀረብኩት ሀተታ ያለፉት ሁለት ቀናት በአገራችን የፖለቲካ መንደር የተሰማውና የለውጥ አመራሩ የመከፋፈል መርዶን ተከትሎ አሁንም ከጠቅላይ ሚኒስትር አብይ አህመድ አሊ ጎን መሆኔን ለመግለጽ፣ እንዲሁም ምንምንኳ አልደመርም ቢሉም (መብታቸው ነው!) ለታላቁ መሪ ኦቦ ለማ መገርሳ ያለኝን ክብር ለመግለጽ ነው። በነገራችን ላይ አለመደመር ማለት መቀነስ ማለት አይደለም። በመደመር ቀመር መሠረት ፍረጃ የለም፤ ወዳጅ፣ጠላት፤ተደማሪ፣ተቀናሽ የሚባል ከቶውንም የለም!

    በእኔ እምነት የኦቦ ለማ መገርሳን ውለታ የሚረሳ ከሃዲ ነው። ሰውየው ጭቆናን እና ጨቋኞችን አሳዶ መቀመቅ ለመክተት በተካሄደው እልህ አስጨራሽ ትግል ፊትአውራሪ ነበር። ለዚያም ነው ‘ለማ መገርሳን የሚያህል ግዙፍ ከአብይ አህመድ ተነጥሎ ለውጡ ምን ያህል ርቀት ይጓዛል?’ የሚለው የሚያሳስበን።

    ምንምን’ኳ የለማ ተፅዕኖ ፈጣሪነት የላቀ ቢሆንም፣ ከአብይ መለየታቸው ግን መጥፎ አይሆንም። ‘የለውጡ ጎማ ፍጥነቱን ሊቀንስ ቢችልም ከግቡ መድረሱ አይቀርም’።

    በአገር እና በህዝብ መቀለድ ይቅር የማይሉት ወንጀል ነው!

    በኢትዮጵያ የፓርቲ ፖለቲካ ከተጀመረበት ከ1950 ዎቹ መጀመሪያ አንስቶ የግለሰቦች ፓርቲዎችን መምጣት እና መሄድን ከአገር ህልውና ጋር ማያያዝ እየተለመደ የመጣ የማይጥም ቀልድ ነው። አንድ ሰው ሲቀልድ በራሱ ላይ ቢሆን አዝናኝ ነው፤ ካልሆነ ከቅርብ ወዳጅ ጋር ክብርን የጠበቀ ቀልድም ይቻላል፤ ነገር ግን በአገር እና በህዝቦቿ ላይ መቀለድ ይቅር የማይባል ጸብ ነው!

    በተለያዩ ወቅቶች ይህችን አገር የሥልጣን ጥማታቸውን ለማርካት መያዣ እያደረጉ ሊቆምሩባት የሞከሩ ቀልደኞች ሁሉም ተዋርደዋል። በቅርብ ዘመናት እንኳ ቀዳማዊ ሃይለስላሴ፣ መንግስቱ ኃይለማርያም፣ መለስ ዜናዊ ሁሉም ሞክረው መጨረሻቸው ስደት አልያም የውሻ ሞት ሆኖ አይተነዋል። አብይ አህመድ ከዚህ የተማረ ይመስለኛል፤ ካልሆነ እርሱም ልኩን ያገኛል። ዛሬም ‘ለማ መጣ፣ ለማ ሄደ ነው’ እንጂ የእርሱን ግለሰባዊነት ከአገር ህልውና ጋር ማዛመድ በመቶ ሚሊዮን ህዝብ ላይ ማሾፍ ነው። ማንም ምንም ቢዘባርቅ ኢትዮጵያ ትናንት ነበረች፣ ዛሬም አለች፣ ነገም ትኖራለች።

    ከብልግና ፓርቲ ጋር ወደፊት!

    የቀድሞው ኢህአዴግ (የአሁኑ ብልጽግና) ሰዎች ህዝብን በዘር ሸንሽነው ኢትዮጵያን እንመራለን ብለው ሞክረው ነገር ግን ራሳቸው ተከፋፍለው ተባሉ። ለህዝብ ያነሱት ሰይፍ ራሳቸውን ቀላው። የብልጽግና ፓርቲ ዕውን የመሆኑ መግፍኤ ይህ ይመስለኛል።

    ይህ መሬት እንዲወርድ ከተፈለገ ደግሞ ቢያንስ የፖለቲካ አመራሮች (ልሂቃን) ከብሔርተኝነት የተላቀቁ መርህ የተመሠረተ እንደሆነ እረዳለሁ። እንግዲህ ለማ መገርሳን ጨምሮ ሁሉም የለውጡ አመራሮች ይህን አምነው ነው ብልጽግናን የመሠረቱት።

    ይህ ከሆነ በኋላ ‘ይኼ ቢሆን ኖሮ አይ ያ ቢሆን ኖሮ ማለቱ የራስ ድክመት ነው።’ ከአሁን በኋላ በግለሰቦች ጸብ ህዝብ ሊንገጫገጭ አይገባም፣ አይችልምም!

    በመሠረቱ ኦቦ ለማ መገርሳ አልደመርም ማለታቸው ደካማ አያስብላቸውም፤ ወትሮውንም የአቋም ሰው እንደሆኑ የሚነገርላቸው ፖለቲከኛ መሆናቸውን አንዘንጋ፤ ነገር ግን የሃሳብ ልዩነታቸውን በሴራ ፖለቲካ የሚያወራርዱ ደካማ ሰው አይመስሉኝም።

    በዚህ ሁለት ቀናት እንደታዘብኹት ለማ መገርሳን በሃሳብ ተሸንፈው የተሸኙ የደካማ ደካሞች መጠቀሚያ ሊያደርጓቸው አሰፍስፈው እየጠበቋቸው ነው። ከነውረኞች መንደር እግራቸውን በማራቅ ክብራቸውን እንደሚጠብቁ ሙሉ እምነት አለኝ!

    ይህ መጣጥፍ የስነ ጽሁፍ ሰዎች እና ስራዎቻቸው፡ ልቦለድ፣ የተውኔት ድርስት እና ጋዜጠኝነት በኢትዮጵያ (1850-1960 ዎቹ) ከተሰኘው መጽሐፍ የተወሰደ ነው፡፡ መጽሐፉ በ2011 መስከረም ወር ለህትመት የበቃ ነው

    አሀዱ ሳቡሬ በሀረርጌ ጠቅላይ ግዛት በድሬደዋ ኢሳና ጉርጉራ አውራጃ፣ አዲጋላ በተባለች መንደር በ1917 ዓ.ም ተወለዱ፤ እድሜያቸው ለትምህርት ሲደርስም የኔታ መንግስቱ ከተባሉ መምህር ዘንድ ፊደል ቆጥረዋል፣ ዳዊት ደግመዋል፤ የመጀመሪያ ደረጃ ትምህርታቸውን የጀመሩት በድሬደዋው አሊንስ ኢትዮ ፍራንሲስ ት/ቤት ነው፤ ሶስተኛ ክፍል ሳሉ የፋሺስት ኢጣሊያ ጦር ኢትዮጵያን በመውረሩ ትምህርታቸውን መቀጠል አልቻሉም፤ ሀገሩ በጥቂቱም ቢሆን ሲረጋጋ የኢጣሊያንኛ ቋንቋ በድሬዳዋ ከተማ መሰጠት ተጀምሮ ነበርና አሀዱም ቋንቋውን መማር ጀመሩ፡፡
    የስምንት ዓመት ታዳጊ ሳሉ አባታቸውን በሞት የተነጠቁት አሀዱ ሳቡሬ መስየ(ሚስተር) ሳቡሬ የተባሉ ፈረንሳዊ ባለሀብት (አባታቸው ተቀጥረው ይሰሩበት የነበረው ድርጅት ባለቤት ናቸው) ታዳጊውን በአደራ ተረክበው እንደ ልጃቸው እየተንከባከቡ አሳደጓቸው፤ በመስየ ሳቡሬ ስም መጠራታቸውም ለዚያ ነው፡፡
    በኢትዮጵያ ዘመናዊ የጋዜጠኝነት ታሪክ ታላቅ ቦታ የሚሰጣቸው አሃዱ ሳቡሬ ‹የዛሬይቱ ኢትዮጵያ› ጋዜጣ ስትመሰረት የጋዜጣዋ የመጀመሪያው ዋና አዘጋጅ ነበሩ፤ በኢትዮጵያ ሬዲዮም ለዓመታት ሰርተዋል፤ አሃዱ ሳቡሬ የሚለው ስም በተለይ በ1950ዎቹ እጅግ የገነነ እንደነበር ይነገራል፤ ለጋዜጠኝነት መርሆዎች በመገዛት ጥራት ያላቸውን የጋዜጣና የራዲዮ ፕሮግራሞች ያዘጋጁ መሆናቸው በህዝብ ዘንድ አድናቆትና ለእውቅናቸው መሰረት ቢሆንም ከዚህ ባልተናነሰ ለዕውቅናቸው ምክንያት የሆነ ሌላም ነገር አለ ይባላል፤ ይህን ጉዳይ ምን ይሆን?
    “……(አሀዱ ሳቡሬ የሚለውን) ስም ታዋቂ ያደረገው አንጋፋ ጋዜጠኛ የነበሩት ብላታ ወልደ ጊዮረጊስ ወልደ ዮሃንስ እኔን አለቃችን አቶ መኮንን ሀብተ ወልድ ለስራ ጉዳይ ናዝሬት አስጠርተውን በሄድንበት ወቅት ከተፈጠረ አጋጣሚ ጋር በተያያዘ ምክንያት ነው፤ የአቶ ይድነቃቸው አባት ነጋድራስ ተሰማ እሸቴ እዚያ ሆቴል ስለነበራቸው እሳቸው ሆቴል አልጋ ይዘን ነበር፤ ብላታ ወልደጊዮርጊስ አሀዱ ሳቡሬ የሚባለው ወጣት ጋዜጠኛ ሁላችንንም የሚያስደንቅ እርሱ ነው፤ ብለው ከነጋ ድራስ ተሰማ ጋር ሲያስተዋውቁኝ እርሱንማ በደንብ አውቀዋለሁ ጋዜጣውንም አነባለህ አሀዱ ሳቡሬ አጠገበኝ ወሬ ብለው በግጥም መልክ መናገራቸው ደግሞ ሌለው ለመታወቄ አንዱ ምክንያት ነው፡፡”
    አሃዱ ሳቡሬ ጋዜጠኝነት የራሱ የሆነ መርሆች እንዳሉት፣ ጋዜጠኞችም ለመርሆቹ ተገዥ መሆን እንዳለባቸው፣ ሙያው በዕውቀትና በትምህርት የተደገፈ መሆን እንዳለበት ያስገነዘቡ በሳል ጋዜጠኛ ናቸው፤ የመናገርና የመጻፍ ነጻነት በእጅጉ የተገደበ በነበረበት የአጼ ሀይለ ስላሴ ዘውዳዊ አገዛዝ ወቅት ስለ ፕሬስ ነፃነት አስፈላጊነት በአደባባይ ይናገሩ ነበር፤ ለዚህ ተፈጻሚነትም የሚችሉትን አድርገዋል።
    በ1966 ዓ.ም የማስታወቂያ ሚኒስቴር ሚኒስትር ተብለው በልጅ እንዳልካቸው መኮንን ሲታጩ ስልጣኑን ከመረከባቸው በፊት በአንድ ጉዳይ እርግጠኛ መሆን ነበረባቸው፤ ይህም መንግስት ለጋዜጠኝነት መርሆች መከበር የነበረውን ቁርጠኝነት ነው፤ ሹመቱን የሚቀበሉት ህዝቡ በራዲዮ፣ በጋዜጣና በቴሌቪዥን ሀሳቡን በነፃነት መግለፅ እንዲችል መንግስት ሲፈቅድ ብቻ እንደሆነ ለልጅ እንዳልካቸው አስረግጠው ገልጸው፣ ይህም ተፈጻሚ እንደሚሆን ቃል ተገብቶላቸው የማስታወቂያ ሚኒስቴር ሚኒስትር ሆነው ስራ ጀመሩ፤ ሆኖም በዚህ ሀላፊነት ጥቂት እንደሰሩ የተገባላቸው ቃል ተፈፃሚ ባለመሆኑ የስልጣን መልቀቂያ አቅርበው ራሳቸውን ከኃላፊነት ማንሳትን መርጠዋል፡፡

    ጋዜጠኛ አሃዱ ሳቡሬ የ1953ቱ የታህሳስ ግርግር ሲነሳ ስማቸው አብሮ ይነሳል፤ በወቅቱ የመፈንቅለ መንግስቱ ተዋንያን ለፍርድ ይቀርቡ ዘንድ በንጉሰ ነገስቱ ትዕዛዝ የጦር ወንጀለኛ ፍርድ ቤት ተቋቁሞ ነበር፤ የችሎቱን ውሎ እንዲዘግቡ የተመረጡት ጋዜጠኛ አሀዱ ሳቡሬ የፍርዱ ሂደቱን በተከታታይ በሬዲዮና በጋዜጣ ዘግበዋል፤ የጥፋተኝነት ውሳኔ ለመስጠት በተሰየመው ችሎት ላይም እንደተለመደው ሂደቱን ሊዘግቡ በፍርድ ቤቱ የተገኙት አሃዱ ሳቡሬ ነበሩ፤ በፍርድ ቤቱ ውሎም አንደኛ ተከሳሽ የሆኑት ጀነራል መንግስቱ ነዋይ ጥፋተኛ ተብለው የእምነት ክህደት ቃላቸውን እንዲሰጡ ይጠየቃሉ መንግስቱ ነዋይም በብዙዎች ዘንድ ዛሬም በዘውዳዊው መንግስት አወዳደቅ ላይ የትንቢት ያህል ተናገሩ በሚባለው ታሪካዊ ንግግራቸው የእምነት ክህደት ቃላቸውን ካሰሙ በኋላ ችሎቱ ለጥፋታቸው ውሳኔ ለመስጠት ለሌላ ቀን ቀጠሮ በመስጠት ይጠናቀቃል፡፡
    አመሻሹ ላይ ህዝብ በጉጉት ሲጠብቅ የነበረው የችሎቱ ውሎ በሬዲዮ ሊዘግቡ ጋዜጠኛ አሀዱ ተዘጋጅተዋል፤ ዘገባቸውን ሲያቀርቡ የጀነራል መንግስቱን ወታደራዊ ግርማ ሞገስ፣ ድፍረት የተሞላበት ንግግሩንና የነበረውን መንፈሰ ጠንካራነት ከሞንጎሊያው መሪ ‹ጀነራል ካን› ጋር በማነፃፀር ነበር፤ የወቅቱ ሹማምንት ግን በጋዜጠኛ አሃዱ ሳቡሬ ዘገባ አልተደሰቱም፤ ‹እንዴት ወንጀለኛ ተሞካሽቶ የነገርለታል?› ፣ ‹ የዘገባው መንፈስ ንጉሰ ነገስቱን ከማዋረድ ይቆጠራል› በሚል የትችትና ዛቻ ናዳ አወረዱባቸው፤በዚህ መዘዝም በአርሲ ክፍለ ሀገር አሰላ ከተማ ለአምስት ወራት ያህል በቁም እስር (በግዞት) እንዲቆዩ ተደርጓል፡፡
    አሃዱ ሳቡሬ ብስለት በተመላበት ዘገባዎቻቸው በህዝብ የተደነቁ ጋዜጠኛ ናቸው፤ ዘገባዎች እውነታን ሳይደፈጥጡ፣ ነገር ግን ከአገር ጥቅምና ክብር እንዲሁም ሉአላዊነት አንጻር የተቃኙ መሆን አለባቸው የሚል መርህ እንደነበራቸው የአንድ ወቅት የስራ ገጠመኛቸው ይህን ማንነታቸውን ያሳየናል፤ ጊዜው ኤርትራ ከኢትዮጵያ ጋር በፌዴሬሽን የተቀላቀለችበት ሰሞን ነው፤ በወቅቱ የኤርትራ ፌዴሬሽን ዋና ስራ አስፈጻሚ የነበሩት ደጃዝማች ተድላ ባህሩ የፌዴሬሽኑ የበላይ ጠባቂ ለነበሩት ግርማዊ ቀዳማዊ ሀይለ ስላሴ በቤተ መንግስት ቀርበው የስራ አፈጻጸም ሪፖርት ያቀርባሉ፤ ይህን ዜናም በወቅቱ ጀማሪ የቤተመንግስት ዜና ሪፖርተር የነበሩት ጋዜጤኛ ዘውዴ ረታ (በኋላም አምባሳደር) የአቀባበሉ ሂደትና የውይይታቸውን ይዘት ሰፋ ባለ ሀተታ አቀረቡ፤ በጊዜው ማንኛውም ዜና ለህዝብ ጆር ከመድረሱ በፊት ሰባት አባላት ባሉት የዜና አጽዳቂ ቦርድ ይገመገም ነበር፤ ይህም ዜና በተመሳይ ሂደት ማለፍ ስላለበት ለቦርዱ ይቀርባል፤ ከቦርድ አባላቱ አንዱ የነበሩት አሃዱ ሳቡሬ በዜና ዘገባው አልተደሰቱም፤ ‘ምንም እንኳ ዘውዴ ያየውንና የታዘበውን በሀተታው ቢነግረንም ዜናው ለአንድ የአገር መሪ በሚሰጥ የዜና አዘጋገብ የቀረበ ነው፤ ኤርትራ በፌዴሬሽን የተዋሃደች አንድ የኢትዮጵያ አካል በመሆኗ ደጃዝማች ተድላ ባህሩ እንደ ሌሎች ክፍላተ አገራት ገዥዎች መታየት አለባቸው እንጂ እንደ አገር መሪ መቆጠራቸው አግባብ አይደለም፣ በመሆኑም ለግለሰቡ በሚመጥን ደረጃ አጥሮ ይቅረብ’ ብለው ሞገቱ፤ቀሪዎቸ የቦርድ አባላት ግን በዚህ አልተስማሙም ነበርና በጉዳዩ ላይ ውሳኔ እንዲሰጡበት የበላይ አለቃቸው ከነበሩት ክቡር አቶ መኮንን ሀብተወልድ ዘንድ ደረሰ።
    መኮንን ሀብተ ወልድም ዜናውን ካዩ በኋላ ዘውዴ የታዘዘውን መፈጸሙን፣ ነገር ግን ዜናው ይህን ያህል መንዛዛት ስለሌለበት አሃዱ ባለው መልክ ይፈጸም ብለው አዘዙ፤ በመሆኑም የኤርትራው ፌዴሬሽን ዋና ስራ ደጃዝማች ተድላ ባህሩ አዲስ አበባ መጥተው ግርማዊ ንጉሰ ነገስት ዘንድ ቀርበው ስለ ኤርትራ ጉዳይ አስረድተው መመሪያ ተቀብለው እንደሄዱ በመግለጽ ዜናው አጥሮ ለህዝብ ተላለፈ::
    ስማቸው ይበልጥ የሚነሳው በጋዜጠኝነቱ ይሁን እንጂ አሃዱ ሳቡሬ አገራቸውን በሚኒስትርነት እንዲሁም በክፍለ አገር አስተዳዳሪነት ለበርካታ ዓመታት አገልግለዋል፤ በጅቡቲ ለሰባት ዓመታት ያህል እንዲሁም በሶማሊያ ለአምስት ዓመታት(ከ1961 እስከ 1965 ዓ.ም ድረስ) የኢትዮጵያ አምባሳደር ሆነው ሰርተዋል፡፡ አሀዱ ሳቡሬ በአሁኑ ወቅት ኑሯቸውን በአገረ አሜሪካ ነው።
